If you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), It can be exchanged. You can not exchange an item if you don't like the scent/ taste of it. The customer will have to pay for return shipping. Please use a carrier that provides tracking. Items can only be exchanged with items of equal value. (Ex: lip scrub can only be exchanged for lip scrub). A picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) will be needed to process the exchange. Exchanges can only be processed 30 days after shipping date. Once we receive the damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), we will send your new product(s). You will receive an email with the tracking information.
Or you can receive an 80% refund. A picture will be needed to process the refund.
